By accessing or using NicheCalc Tools (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service without parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

NicheCalc Tools provides free, web-based financial calculators designed to help users estimate fees, profits, pricing, revenue, ROI, and related metrics for ecommerce, creator, and business use cases.

All calculations are performed locally in your browser using JavaScript. Calculator outputs are estimates and should not be treated as definitive financial figures. Fee structures from platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Google, and others are subject to change at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

When using NicheCalc Tools, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
• Use bots, crawlers, or scrapers to systematically download, copy, or republish calculator content at scale
• Mirror, clone, or reproduce the entire website or a substantial portion of it on another domain without explicit written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond the JavaScript that runs openly in your browser
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or other harmful content
• Make false or misleading claims about the accuracy of our calculators when sharing results

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who violate these acceptable use guidelines, at our sole discretion.

4. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

NicheCalc Tools is not a financial advisor, tax consultant, accounting firm, or law firm. Nothing on this website constitutes professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Our calculators provide estimates based on general assumptions and publicly available fee information. Individual circumstances — including your location, business structure, tax obligations, currency conversion fees, and specific contractual agreements with platforms — may significantly change your actual results.

For any decision that could have meaningful financial consequences — pricing strategy, tax reporting, business structure, fee negotiation, or investment decisions — we strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant, tax advisor, financial planner, or attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep our calculators accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every calculation is error-free or reflects the most recent platform fee structure. Platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Google, and others may change their fees, policies, and terms without notice.

We make our best effort to update calculators within 48 hours of becoming aware of a platform change. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of calculator results.

If you discover an inaccuracy, please contact us and we will investigate and update the affected calculator(s).

6. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

Certain calculators reference fees, features, or terminology from third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Google, TikTok, and others. These references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with those platforms.

All trademarks, product names, logos, and brands mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any partnership or endorsement relationship with NicheCalc Tools.

7. Intellectual Property

The NicheCalc Tools website — including its design, interface, calculator logic, copy, visual elements, and original content — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may view results, print them for your own records, or share screenshot results with colleagues or clients.
